  Invex Health Private Limited is looking for HR/ Admin Executive



Job Description

Candidate should be Any Graduate or MBA (HR) with exceptional organizational and administrative skills
Leadership skills with excellent team handling
Should have good experience in office management
Good written and spoken English and presentation skills.

Experience and ability to use MS Office Word, excel and power-point, outlook, etc.
Able to exercise discretion, high levels of initiative, and independent decision.
Ability to prioritize own workload and work to tight time scales & deadlines.

Roles & Responsibilities-

Hands-on approach and good in Microsoft Office especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Should be well versed with various job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, times job, etc.
Handling all the Manpower Planning & recruitment activities- Shortlisting, Screening & Scheduling Interviews Maintaining the Resume Database.
Preparing & sending the manpower MIS including Recruitments / Resignations on a regular basis
Responsible for organizing regular staff welfare activities.
Organize meetings and other ad-hoc requirements (arranging refreshments, etc) and support the team in the preparation of information, etc.
Organize and prioritize the commitments of the team, enabling them to work efficiently and effectively.
