Job Description

Candidate must have a strong network with recruiting agencies and HR managers of other companies.
Should be very well versed in handling Job portals.
Very good written and oral communication skills.

Should have outstanding interview skills and the natural ability to identify and recruit high Performers.
Should have ESIC and PF challan experience knowledge.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage the hiring process like sourcing candidates, interviewing,
Background verification assessing and selection for the position.
Manage Compliance ESIC and PF.
Handel ESIC and PF queries.
Effectively work on the recruitment hiring process.
