  Tata Consultancy Services Limited is looking for Android Developer



Job Description

Candidate must have strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and work with different resolutions of android devices. Strong knowledge of Java and Kotlin. Experience on web service integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML); source control systems such as Git or Subversion

Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
Experience with offline storage (SQLite) and multi-threading
Familiarity with push notifications and cloud message APIs
Understanding of Googles Android design principles and interface guidelines
Familiarity with how to connect Android applications to back-end services
Knowledge of the open-source ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
Experience in writing unit test cases

Good to Have-

Knowledge of Spring MVC framework and Mobile Application Development Framework like Ionic, React Native, Mobile Angular UI, JQuery Mobile, Flutter, Native Scripts
Understanding and Hands-on expertise of Native Development Tools and Cross-platform development tools
Familiarity with continuous integration
