  One Mobikwik Systems Pvt. Limited is looking for Technical Support Engineer



Job Description

Candidate should be Any Graduate with good hands on experience in Analysing the complete end to end flow by understanding the code (written in Java) and fix it (if required). Strong technical knowledge about the relational database, networking, UNIX platform. Must have excellent communication skills.

Ability to troubleshoot issues and able to handle different types of customer inquiries. Good knowledge of networking, networking protocols, SQL, UNIX, SOLARIS, relational databases, know about the table commands, etc. Debugging any issue reported by looking into application logs/ databases.

Job Responsibilities-

Responsible for solving user queries from In house ticketing tool
Writing scripts as per the requirement to generate various data reports
Ability to express ideas in an organized, articulate, and concise manner
Gathering information and also do research and able to perform scope analysis

Efficiently do multi-tasking where the job holder will have to handle multiple customer requests from various sources
Technical hands-on troubleshooting, including parsing logs and following stack traces
Work cross-functionally with both client-facing and engineering teams
Generating and analysing the data for users and provide weekly reports to the team
