Job Description	Candidate should have MBA/ MSW/ any relevant education of Human resource management with 3 to 6 years of experience in HR Administration, Recruitment Sourcing, Interview Scheduling, Onboarding & Induction. Ensure the disbursal of Permanent ID cards, Uniforms, CUG & Laptop/ Desktop(if applicable) to New Joiners. Statutory Compliance Monthly audit Presence, PT, Half-yearly returns, Labour license management etc., Administration of Purchase PRF, Invoice Booking, Cheque Memo, Reimbursements & payment followup with the Head Office Attendance Monitoring & ensuring of submission to Reporting manager. Medi-claims/ ESI follow-up process Employee grievance redressal & report submission to Reporting manager Rewards & Recognition, Team Outing arrangements Training Data follow-up & submission to concern Department Exit & Clearance process follow-up & submission to Head Office (Includes F&F settlement)
