  CubicLogics India Private Limited is looking for HR & Admin Executive



Job Description

We are looking for dynamic candidates who are ready to build their careers with a software multinational company having an office in US, Canada & India. Candidates who would like to build a career in HR. Seeking an opportunity to upgrade their skills by working on recruitment.

Must have strong work ethics.
Excellent communication skills required - oral and written.
Positive attitude and interpersonal skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

Screening the candidate & resumes and contacting relevant candidates.
Scheduling interviews for selected candidates
Communicating and explaining the organization`s HR policies to the employees
Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents
Coordinate training sessions and seminars
Perform orientations and update records of new staff

Assist with creating and distributing internal memos and other internal communications to employees
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR activities.
Support other assigned functions.
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Excellent learning skills and maintaining good relationships with candidates
End-to-end recruitment
Maintaining admin activities.
