Job Description	Candidate should have a Bachelors degree in HR or related field with at least 5 years of experience in human resources. Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations. Must have strong understanding of benefits administration, employee relations, and talent management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems. Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs Manage employee benefits administration Conduct employee relations investigations and manage employee disciplinary actions Provide coaching and counseling to managers and employees on HR-related matters Collaborate with managers and department heads to identify talent needs and develop talent management strategies Maintain accurate HR records and prepare HR-related reports as needed
