  Seclore Technology Private Limited is looking for HR & Admin Executive



Job Description

Candidate should have at least 2-4 years of experience in HR Generalist Activities, Payroll Management, HR Administration, HR Operations, Attendance Management, Facilities Management, Salary Processing, Time Office Management, Leave Management. Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills.

High presentation, reporting and team player skills
Excellent knowledge of Excel and Word and power point.
Demonstrated intense customer focus.

Demonstrated highest level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and strong work ethic.
Consistent effort, intense commitment, and willingness to go above and beyond when needed.
Strong team player, acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards.

Roles and Responsibilities-

Coordinating on-boarding formalities and assisting HR manager in handing the employee life cycle.
Ensuring the facilities & setting up the office set up in Gurugram.
Taking care of complete admin operations for Gurugram office.
Assisting talent Acquisition team in hiring activities
Solving queries & arranging the travel reimbursement.
Handling Petty cash management
Responsible for handling of reception area
