Job Description

We are looking for a Dotnet Developer Level 2, to be deputed at our clients office who offers secure and reliable delivery of consignments to over 55,000+ locations across the country. We require a candidate who possesses strong analytical as well as technical skills and can communicate the logic behind technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Must be comfortable working in an agile environment.

Candidate should have a Bachelors Degree in Software Engineering or Information Technology from a reputed institution
4+ years software development/ programming experience
Extensive experience with Dotnet, C++, and other programming languages
The ability to analyze complex technical information.
A logical, analytical, and creative approach to problem-solving
A thorough, detail-oriented work style
Should be proficient on both English and Tamil language.
Should be a Chennai locality.

Roles and Responsibilities-

Comply ESP
Develop and implement applications to achieve corporate objectives.
Execute full life cycle software development (ie., requirements, analysis, design, implementation, testing, UAT, version control, release notes, documentation and go-live)
Ensure you carry out quality checks before go-live.
Ensure open source is not used in any of the projects.
Project developments should comprise IT security and IT policies in all aspects.
Design and develop projects to ensure system performance. Tests all the projects to ensure that logic and syntax are correct, and program results are accurate.

Document project codes consistently throughout the development process by listing a description of the program, special instructions, and any changes made in database tables on procedural.
Script executions in database server with log for each operation
Database administration and implementing automated backups for all the databases (Intranet & Internet)
Application development should be on staging server and release to production once UAT signed / superior approved.
Responding promptly to bug reports.
Review and debug legacy code.
Responsible for analysis of current programs including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of problem programs, and designing solutions to problematic programming.
