Roles and Responsibilities-
Drive the human resources function along with the business objectives/ goals and provide a competitive sustainable HR framework in consultation with and under the supervision of Head HR Responsible for developing Talent Acquisition Strategy, analyzing recruitment needs, design and implement recruitment solutions. Organize e-learning courses. MDP Programs workshops and other training.
