Job Description	Candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in General Administration, Statutory Compliance, Office Administration, Payroll Administration, Attendance and Leaves Management. Should have excellent communication skills. Roles and Responsibilities- Responsible for taking care of file management, utility renewals and license renewal etc activities as per the direction of the reporting person. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. Responsible for daily updating of Attendance and Leaves, Onboarding activities, updating of Employee files and Issuing ID cards to all workers. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary. Of manpower as per production plan To check contractors records that he is complying- maintaining salary records of contractor wokers and company payroll staff- Coordinating with Labour Laws Compliances inclusive of Factories Act, Pollution Board, Contract Labor Act, Minimum Wage Act, Payment of Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act etc. Individual will also be responsible for supporting the head office with various reporting and administrative task.
