  Ambit Software Private Limited is looking for Technical Support Engineer



Job Description

Candidate should be Any Graduate with experience working On-premises and cloud servers handling and troubleshooting the critical issues. Handling/ experience in handling global customers. Strong Desktop/ server hardware and networking knowledge to resolve day to day issues.

Installation and administration of windows and Linux servers OS.
Need to have knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP, and Firewall.
Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
Set up new users` accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
Installation and configuration of IIS and Apache web servers.

Installation and configuration on MSSQL and MySQL database servers.
Knowledge in Database backup and restore
Performing health check activity/ CPU Usage warning issue/ Memory Usage/ Swap Usage
Knowledge in Asset Inventory management.
Responsible for resolving login issues, O365 Outlook Email configuration and troubleshooting.
Experience in Hyper-V, Azure, AWS Administration.

Should have worked in shifts and should be open to work in shifts.
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Testing and evaluating new technology.
