Job Description

Candidate should be Any Graduate with a minimum 2 years of Technical Support, Service Desk experience Those with technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills with excellent English-speaking skills and willing to work in rotational shifts.

Technical Skills-

Operating Systems, Desktop, Laptop, MDM, Office 365, Password reset management, MS Office, Printer, COTS Applications, Exchange Server, VPN, VOIP, other end devices and SharePoint.

Process Skills-

Active listening and probing skills
Effective business communication skills
Navigate through ticketing tools and knowledge base articles.

Behavioral Skills-

Receptive for feedback and willing to learn
Positive attitude and team player
