  Nutri Being Private Limited is looking for HR & Admin Executive



Job Description

Candidate should be Any Graduate/ MBA/ PGDM (HR/Industrial Relations) with 2 to 6 years of experience in General Administration, Human Resource Management, Grievance Handling, Time Management, Negotiable Instruments. Must have good problem solving, team work management and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibility-

Recognizing the manpower needs and taking them to the HR manager for approval
Creating job descriptions for various roles and advertising them on various platforms
Managing HR activities like meetings, interviews, and other schedules
Assisting the recruitment process by reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates
Drive the On Boarding (Induction and Orientation) process for all new employees.
Managing the employees data of each department
Overlooking the daily operations of the HR department.

Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts
Update internal databases with new hire information
Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
Responsible for directing, controlling, and ensuring a smooth process of the Company`s Payroll and Final Settlements.

Maintain All Statutory documents, Registers & Individual files.
Support HR Policies, MIS HR, Payroll Data Management.
Develop, Maintain and ensure adherence to HR Systems and processes.
Support in organizing employee Engagement initiatives to constantly develop and build the employee morale.
