Job Description

We are looking for an QA Lead who is passionate Software Tester to join our team!. As a Software Tester at our company, you will have the opportunity to work on new and exciting projects and develop your career.
Qualifications- Bachelor of Engineering or any equivalent degree with 3 to 5 years of Industry experience
Should have experience in Customer technical Support/ Managed Service, End to end integration activities
Experience in manual and automated test (API testing frameworks) is a plus
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company s success
Exposure working in an agile development environment.
Understanding of product development lifecycle.
Ability to work within a fast-paced team
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work within a fast-paced team

Roles and Responsibilities-
Analysing user stories/ use cases/ requirements for validity and feasibility
Collaborate closely with other team members and departments
Execute both manual and automation testing
Detect and track software defects Apply quality engineering principals throughout the Agile product
Provide customer support and documentation Involve in customer delivery tasks.
Communicate and Resolve Customer issues
Integration of customer Charge Point with Numocity software.
