Job Description

Candidate should be Any Graduate with good knowledge and Hardware troubleshooting skills for all desktops, laptops, and printer related issues. Must have good knowledge on Win 10, Office 365 and azure cloud apps, Citrix, VPN, basic knowledge on Server/ Network etc.

Basic Networking knowledge and Vendor coordination
Good e-mail etiquettes and telephone etiquettes
Coordinating with Higher authority in organization
Must have excellent communication skills.
