Job Description	Candidate should be Any Graduate with 3 to 5 years of experience in HR Administration, Recruitment Screening, HR Compliance, Generalist Activities, Payroll Administration, Payroll Preparation. Should have pleasing personality with excellent communication skills. Roles and Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll-related taxes, benefits, and other deductions. Respond to employee inquiries and resolve any issues related to payroll and benefits in a timely and professional manner. Conduct regular audits of payroll data and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. Manage employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits offerings Manage employee time and attendance systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
