  Transecur Telematics Private Limited is looking for Technical Support Executive



Job Description

Candidate should have a Degree/ Diploma (preferably in Electronics & Communication) in technical field. Fresher or Minimum 2/3 years of experience preferably in electronic and communication or any technical field. Must have good understanding of the Logistics, Import - Export and Transport industries.

Good with consumer and regulatory interface for sales and marketing purposes (customer query handling, mail communication and on-site assistance to customers). Willing to work 24*7 as per the roster and visiting different project sites as per requirement.

Roles and Responsibilities-

1.The selected candidates would be responsible for assisting Customs & Excise Departments, CONCOR, Port Authorities, Importers, Exporters, Transporters, Shipping Liners etc. with the functioning of the application, website troubleshooting, on-site support at the time of sealing.

2. Dashboard monitoring to track and trace of the container movements, maintain device inventory and update report sheets in excel.
