Job Description	Candidate must have proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant, or relevant human resources/ administrative position Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular) Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases Basic knowledge of labor laws Excellent organizational skills Strong communication skills Roles and Responsibilities- 1. Role Incumbent will be responsible for the Administration and Human Resource management 2. Executing the joining and onboarding formalities for all the new Joiners. 3. Maintaining and regularly updating the master database of Recruitment and other HR-related work 4. Attendance Process, Manual, and on-System Excel Sheet 5. Preparing Monthly Salary& Wages & Leave Records on Manual and on System Excel Sheet 6. Communicate with public services when necessary properly handle complaints and grievance procedures Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes 7.
