  ConnectWise: MSP Technology | IT Management is looking for Technical Support L1 (Desktop)



Job Description



Candidate should have Any Bachelors degree with excellent communication skills
Should be able to converse, chat, compose emails in fluent English Language
Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously
Must have strong customer relationship skills

Should have excellent listening & communications skills, both verbal and written
Knowledge of the IT, Professional Services, CRM or ERP markets is preferred
Strong computer skills and the ability to effectively communicate through email
Problem-solving abilities and the ability to meet reasonable deadlines
Ability to build positive and collaborative relationships.

Job Responsibility-

Work directly with partners to answer questions about any of our supported software in a professional and courteous manner meeting departmental goals
Research questions using documentation, other colleagues and other forms of communication to find answers for the partner
Train and review on all areas of the software application we support and keep up to date on new information as needed
