WideCare Private Limited is looking for HR and Admin Manager

Job Description	Candidate should have Diploma/ MBA in HR with 3 to 4 years of experience in General Administration and HR related activities. Assist seniors in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes. Supports department by job posting, screening, testing, and interviewing applicants. Provide HR related administrative support to all department. Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation. Manage and update HR databases with different information such as onboarding, attendance, leaves, holidays, warnings, exit/ terminations. Help in payroll management, preparation and payment. Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedure. Answer employees questions and provide requested information. Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities for management and employee staff. Admin related Activities- Answering telephone calls, responding to queries, and replying to emails. Keep a check on the office maintenance staff for regular cleanliness. Preparing housekeeping expense reports and budgets. Managing office required supplies and ordering new supplies as needed (stationery, utilities etc.) Systematically filing important company documents. Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members. Scheduling meetings and booking conference rooms.
