  Acuity Software Technologies Limited is looking for Technical Support Executive



Job Description



We are pleased to announce the recruitment of a Technical Support Agents who are fluent in English.

Qualification

B. Com
MBA

Daily tasks include:

Providing first-level support.
Using your accounting knowledge, to identify issues a customer is facing and resolve and provide relevant advice to them.
Actively supporting the customer in all aspects through to problem resolution, keeping the customer informed and updated.
Clearly and concisely logging and track details of solutions provided to resolve customer issues while maintaining and updating the customer database.
Testing of the products to ensure their quality of the product and also assisting the Business Analyst in terms of documentation.
Discussions with development and QA teams to resolve technical issues
Documenting customer requests for modification of existing and new features.
Liaising with Product Analysts and development team leads.

Essential Requirements

Must have very good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Must have good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS.
Must be very good at Microsoft Office MS Word, MS Excel, etc.
Good knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting, and taxation.
Good understanding of various accounting software and its functions.
Ability to interpret tax calculation rules and perform tax calculations.
Good organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Excellent telephone and customer handling skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations and deal professionally with irate customers.

Work Timings: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m UK Time
