  CeX WeBuy Entertainment Pvt. Limited is looking for Senior HR Administrator



Job Description

Candidate should have at least 4 years experience in full life cycle of recruiting for IT and Non IT positions (preferably combination of both agency and corporate recruiting experience). Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Responsibility-

Develop, execute, monitor follow-up with key personnel on recruiting plans.
Sourcing through various job portals, social/ professional networking sites as per the requirements
Coordinate and implement campus recruiting initiatives
Adapt with technology and systems, including Microsoft Office Suite/ Google Apps etc
Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components involved in full life-cycle hiring

Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified applicant
Able to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback while being extremely adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment
Assist in performing reference and background checks for employees
Assist in determining, rolling out and negotiating offer packages
Perform other special projects as assigned
