Job Description

Candidate should be a Graduate/ Postgraduate (HR) with good experience in HR Administration, Recruitment/ Training, Staffing Services, Human Resource Management, Documentation. HR activities and managing administration across the company & assistance.

Key Responsibilities-

Set and meet the company HR goals. Ensure implementation of HR Policies and adherence to it in spirit and words.
Manpower planning, recruitment, induction, training, performance appraisal, increments and promotions.
Ensuring no loss of productivity or services due to shortage of Manpower at any working location/positions/stages.
Maintaining the records of attendance, leave, etc.
Planning and implementation of Document control system across the organization.
Compliance of all statutory and regulatory requirements.

Records and maintenance of assets and its safety.
AMC and maintenance of PC, AC, FURNITURES ETC
Looks after dispatching courier mails and keeps a record of them; fax documents when required
Maintains telephone directory/database, Ensures the arrangement of Newspapers/magazines on regular basis
Planning and monitoring the tasks of office boys, driver and house keeper.
Maintain the stock and records of stationary & groceries.
