  Greeksoft Technologies Private Limited is looking for Application Support Engineer



Job Description



Candidate must be BSc/ MSc in Computer or BE / B Tech / ME in Computers
Should be best in Logic, hard working and have good learning curve
Show positive attitude towards the assigned task
Should have fast grasping power

Provide Enterprise level product support to clients (internal and external) via phone, email & remote.
Document all resolution activities, communication related to support request/Incidents in the respective support/incident ticket.
Ability to handle stressful customer support situations.
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies based on organization needs.
Ability to multi-task as required and provides rapid support in production.

Roles and Responsibilities-

Provide technical support to customers by answering telephone calls (primarily) and replying to emails in line with departmental measures, which includes average call times, call wait times, with a focus on high quality, accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Document and record all activity and communication with customers over telephone and email.
Analyze and clarify customer queries though troubleshooting and researching existing knowledgebase articles/known issues.
Actively participate in team and departmental meetings by providing feedback on current day to day activity and recommendations for improvement.
Solid understanding of windows, Linux networking and Active Directory
On-site training of software products
Installation / Patch updating of Greek software products
Communicate to customers the steps necessary to maintain and update software products
Address urgent issues quickly
