  Thinksynq Solutions Private Limited is looking for HR and Admin Executive



Job Description

Candidates should have any Degree (preferably in Human Resource Development) with minimum 1 year or experience in HR activity. HR Administration, Recruitment, Screening, Interview Scheduling, Sourcing, Mail Management, Client Handling. Must have excellent communication skills.

Should Speak Kannada/ Hindi Fluently
Preferred male candidates.

Roles and Responsibilities-

HR & Admin related files Maintenance
Recruitment sourcing of candidates; initial telephonic discussions
Joining Formalities of newly joined employees

Data base update
Employee Engagement
Maintain Staff Attendance /Inward/ Outward/ Stationery/ Staff Movement Register, Visitors Register.
Visit Labour Office
