  Pavithra Springs & Toolings Private Limited is looking for HR Cum Admin Executive



Job Description

Candidate should have 4+ years of experience in HR Administration, Regulatory Requirements, Payroll Management, Technical Recruitment/ Industrial Recruitment. Must have excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities-

To plan and provide appropriate training for skill development.
Identifying training needs.
Monitoring & measurement of processes.
Analysis of data in their functional area.
Provide infrastructure based on requisition from HODS.

To determine competency requirements.
Member of management review committee.
Filing and maintenance of office documents.
To maintain good housekeeping.
Co-ordinate for issuing Advertisement for Recruitment
Co-ordinate for reliving of personnel

Updating Skill Matrix
Maintaining training records
Maintaining Employee records
Compiling employee appraisals
Co-ordinate for maintaining Safety, Statutory, Regulatory requirements
Payroll Management
Technical Recruitment/ Industrial Recruitment
