  Allscripts India Private Limited is looking for Technical Support Consultant



Job Description



Candidate should be Any Graduate with 1 to 3 years of experience in Technical Support, Customer Support, IT Helpdesk/ Service Desk, Network Support, Troubleshooting. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong team player - collaborates well with others in multiple time zones;
Must be open to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.

Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
Ability to share knowledge with team members.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize own work.

Job Responsibilities-

Interact with customers via Live Calls, Email, Chat to help troubleshoot and resolve complex product problems or issues.
Diagnose and resolve complex customer questions or problems over the telephone/Internet in the areas of system configurations/setup, product functionality, and bugs/enhancements.
Leverages common industry tools used for OS, SQL, Networking as and when required.
Track and document inbound support requests and ensure proper notation of customer problems or issues.
Works independently with customers, beginning to focus on critical level cases.
Works directly with 3rd party vendors and cross functionally internally

Document problems and solutions to train lower-level support on how to properly address customer or product problems.
Communicate with product management department to improve on current design or to identify possible problems with design.
Stay abreast of current technology in products, design changes, and new products offered.
Provide day to say support via internal support ticket system tool. Candidate will be responsible for understating and fulfilling requirement based on SLA and priority of tickets.

Preference

Healthcare knowledge and experience
Helpdesk or Call center experience.
