Sitero - Drug Safety & Review Services is looking for HR Generalist & Admin Executive

Job Description	Candidate should have Master s degree or MBA in human resources management or equivalent with 3+ years of experience in human resources or as HR coordinator (essential). Must have excellent record-keeping and organizing skills. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues. Ability to make presentations. Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations. Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy. Knowledge of relevant labour, health and safety laws. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Job Responsbility- Coordinating various HR activities of the firm. Support the HR team in the recruitment process. Organize and schedule a smooth onboarding process. Lead and manage employee engagement plans and execute activities. Ensuring accuracy of employee documents in the HRMS portal. Organizing, compiling, and updating company records and documentation . Liaison across departments and assist the HR department with tasks like processing new hires, HR data systems and documenting policies. Creating statistical reports of HR initiatives.
