  KFin Technologies Limited is looking for Android Application Developer



Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Android Application Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality Android applications and integrating them with our organization`s RESTful APIs and relevant third-party online services.

Qualifications Required:

2+ years of practical experience in Android application development.
At least a Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Worked in Agile (preferably SCRUM) development environment.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with React Native and iOS development is a plus.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in Java (and preferably Kotlin, react native JavaScript as well will be a plus).
Experience with Android Studio and related offline and online framework tools.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts. Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
Experience with integrating third-party libraries and APIs.
Experience with SQLite offline storage, Android code threading, and performance tuning.
Experience with integrating third-party payment gateway services.
Experience with cloud message APIs and push notifications.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain high-quality Android applications primarily using Java (and preferably Kotlin as well).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices.
Work closely with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Continuously improve the performance, scalability, and usability of our applications.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Android development and incorporate them into our development process.
Occasionally work on React Native and iOS development projects as needed.
