Job Description
|
BSc IT, MCA or Graduate with excellent academic results with good logical thinking. Fresher with 0-1 years of experience. Excellent communication with fluency in English and Hindi. Relevant background and Good grades in academics.
Short course in any computer languages such as Java, C++, Web Technologies. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Word. Knowledge of multiple languages is an added advantage. Proficiency in speaking English. Strong Logical Ability.
Roles and Responsibilities-
Providing customer support via phone & online for MProfits various software products. Online technical support & onboarding guidance to be provided to MProfit clients. Communication and collaboration with team-members to ensure a seamless customer experience. As part of the job, you will get a good understanding of financial products, while improving technical & communication skills. You will receive training of 3 to 6 months by senior MProfit team members for providing technical support to MProfit clients.
