  Altera Digital Health - Global Healthcare IT Innovator is looking for Technical Support Consultant



Job Description

Candidate should have a Degree in healthcare or healthcare admissions and financials, Nursing, Pharmacy, Nursing Informatics or combination of equivalent skills and experience in information technology or Computer Science Engineering. Minimum 3 - 4 years experience in supporting enterprise software, or hospital experience as a clinician, registered nurse, or a clinical pharmacist. Knowledge of relational database and writing SQL query statements to troubleshoot issues and perform modifications.

Experience with HL7, MLM, and Azure would be desirable
Excellent communication skills
Willing to work in US shifts
Good to have SSRS or SSIS or Power BI

Required Skills:

Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize own work.
Accountable with strong desire and determination to resolve complex issues with the ability to prioritize and recognize the impact of the issue on patient care.
Solid analytical and research skills with great attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-driven and a fast learner in a demanding environment.
Strong customer support skills with demonstrated ability to effectively deal with escalated customer concerns.
