Job Description

Candidate should have Graduation or Post-Graduation, MBA in HR will be preferred.
Up to 1 year of experience in the same domain, freshers with good knowledge can also apply.
Good knowledge of full-cycle recruitment.
Good knowledge of HR operations, employee engagement, onboarding, etc.
Good communication skills.
commerce background preferred

Roles and Responsibilities-

Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques and full-cycle recruitment.
Onboarding, joining formalities and leave management.
Employee engagement, grievances handling, etc
Handeling our HR Portal
Oversee daily operations of the HR department and Employees
Have Marketing Skill
Take care of task assigned to employees
Team lead
File management
Take care of company financial accountancy`s/ legal formalities etc in coordination with our consultants.
