Job Description

As a Project Lead, you must have 4+ years of experience in design and development, estimation, task planning, tracking and leading/mentoring a team. Familiarity with quality processes & review is essential.

Java Technologies
Core Java, JEEE, (Servlets, EJB, JSP), J2ME, Swing, RMI, Applets, Struts, XML, XSL, Weblogic, Websphere, SOAP, Corba, ATG Dynamo.

Microsoft Technologies
C++, VC++, MFC, ATL/COM/ DCOM, C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, VB.NET, SQL Server, Install shield, Win32 APIs.

Software Testing
WinRunner, LoadRunner, Silk test, Rational tools, Manual testing.

Embedded
C, C++, Assembly, RTOS (VxWorks, Win CE, Embedded Linux, ONX, OSEK, iTRON), BSP, BIOS, Device-Driver, communication protocols (CAN, Fireware-1394, RTSP, Bluetooth). DSP (TI, ADSP), dual core architecture, DSP algorithms, image processing, audio/video codecs (MPEG). Arm, PowerPC, firmware testing, tools (JTAG, code warrior, code compressors, debuggers and emulators).

Open Systems
C, C++, Java, Smalltalk, IDEs: Eclipse, Unix/AIX/Linux/ Windows/Symbian, PalmOS, Security: encryption, PKCS, intrusion detection/prevention, vulnerability. Tools: GUI, design, testing, Globalization: i18n, 110n (Japanese, Asian, European), SMMP, CMIP, Chill, VOIP, SIP, H.323, WAP, ATM, VLAN, GigE, PBX, IP-PBX and call control, GPRS, GSM, Mediation, handset applications, socket programming, system calls, scripting (Shell, PERL, AWK)
