  Energy Livingscapes Private Limited is looking for HR & Administration Manager



Job Description

Candidate must have excellent communication (written/oral), ability to influence and hold a point of view. Implement human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, succession planning, employee relations and retention, statutory compliances and completing personnel transactions.

He/she will be involved in developing and delivering the People Strategy and HR results aligned to business objectives.
Conduct Performance management programs for all staff members and review performance periodically.
Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action.

Keep Track of Attendance of all staff members
Ensure company wide training programs are conducted and records are maintained.
