  Aquant: Sanitary Ware India is looking for Senior HR Executive and Admin



Job Description

Candidate should have Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Management or its equivalent.
Min 3 to 6 years of experience as an HR operations executive or its equivalent.
Teamwork, collaboration, and relationship building skills.
Must have hands-on strong MS Excel skills.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills that will influence others.
Experience in process optimization (process mapping and optimization, program management.

Should have a proactive approach to work.
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
Ability to develop clear and fair company policies.
Should have excellent communications skills, be a team player, be adaptable and flexible.
Ability to understand and analyze processes.
Ability to identify and resolve problems (troubleshooting).
Ability to juggle competing priorities and work well under pressure.
Ability to work independently.
