  Nexthink India Peivate Limited is looking for Software Testing Engineer



Job Description

Candidate should have Bachelor/ Master s degree in Engineering (Computer Science preferred)
70% mandatory

Strong interest in Software Engineering
Ability to code in Java or Python
Knowledge of cloud stack (K8s, Kafka) is a plus
Teamwork and collaboration are part of your DNA

Good leadership and soft skillset (e.g. proactivity, pragmatism, open-mindedness, excellent communication skills)
Strong motivation for complex challenges and learning new technologies
Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)

Your main responsibilities will include:

Design, implement and validate the most appropriate processes on all quality aspects of software development
Defining and implementing metrics to measure compliance and adoption
Support development teams in their effort of releasing faster respecting the quality requirements
Keep an eye on the industry trends to discover the new killer app
Work with the agile iterative/incremental mindset and best practices and participate actively to the different agile ceremonials.
