Job Description
|
We are looking for an Android engineer who will help us build the finance Jarvis for the working class India. You will be working on Bazaar, Kredily`s Fintech app for the employees.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as an android developer.
At least one original Android app published.
Proven experience in building/or been a lead contributor to an app with 50K+ downloads.
Analytical & coding chops Analytical and structural thinking skills.
Algorithm and data structure design skills Object oriented design and coding skills.
Work independently with little or no hand-holding.
Easily adapt to changing situations and priorities.
Updated on new technologies and patterns for development efficiency.
Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
Proficiency and hands-on experience with Kotlin and Android SDK.
A diverse experience with popular third-party Android APIs and frameworks - Retrofit, Firebase, Google Maps, Crashlytics and other relevant business use cases.
Experience working with remote data via REST, JSON & server contracts.
Proficiency in material design concepts, UI/UX best practices and design standards.
Responsibilities:
Take end-to-end ownership and pride in building the features assigned.
Deliver a frictionless end to end experience for all the consumers.
Build high performance applications to run at scale.
Optimize existing features for better performance.
Follow good coding/architecture practices.
Write clean code and avoid antipatterns that incur technical debt.
Build reusable code and libraries, avoid duplicate code like a plague.
Complete the assigned features with validations.
Collaborate across the teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Budget work and stick to the deadlines.
