Job Description

Candidate should have 2+ years of experience in Recruitment, HR Generalist Activities, Exit Formalities, HR Administration, Attendance Management, Leave Management. Must have excellent communication skills.

Role & Responsbilities-

1. Application and forms documentations of new hires2. Collection of all documents from employees
3. Employee file creation and maintenance
4. Forms and documentations processing of employees documents

5. Employee file creation and maintenance
6. Collection of exit documents bunch for exit formalities for submission
7. Logistics and support activities for HR
