Candidate should have a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in any stream (BE IT/ Computers will have preference) 2+ Years experience in software support role; typically in technical support for cloud based applications. Must have excellent oral & written communication skills Good Knowledge to Sql Server, Crystal Reports, Cloud based Hosting & its configurations is a must Good time management& personal discipline Must be a good Team Player Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Job Responsibilities-
Calls are assigned in the Kanix Support portal to each engineer as their Level (L1, L2 or L3) Support Engineers are expected to co-ordinate with the respective clients and close the calls Professionally Communicate with the customers reaching the support center through the call center Resolve calls in individual capacity Ensure friendly approach with the customers and ensure timely resolution of support request up to the satisfaction of the customer. Periodically report to the management current state of support services Enhance internal systems to achieve improved customer satisfaction.
