Job Description

Candidate must have strong experience in HR/ Recruitment, Office Administration, Attendance, Leave Management and Payroll Management. Should have excellent organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities-

Responsibilities related to human resources and administrative tasks
Responsible for recruiting and hiring employees, managing employee benefits and payroll, maintaining personnel records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
Coordinating employee training and development programs and overseeing office operations such as facilities management and procurement

The SRMB group has a modern integrated steel plant at Durgapur (West Bengal) that manufactures steel semis (billets) from iron ore. This captive raw material (billets) is used to produce TMT Bars and structural steel in the state-of-the-art finished steel production units in the same plant. SRMB`s manufacturing units are equipped with all kinds of modern infrastructure, including digital universal testing machine and spectrometer, for quality control and testing purposes.
