Technical Support Engineer   




  Bajaj Finance Limited is looking for Technical Support Engineer



Job Description

Candidate must be Graduate/ Post Graduate in Computer Science or IT with prior & relevant experience in the Insurance Industry is mandatory.
Hands-on experience on Kibana, New Relic & other KPI monitoring tool is must
Must have handled L1 or L2 Support
Team management experience is must
Having Good experience of handling support team for multiapplication and systems.
Excellent communication and excellent relationship skills.

Having Good understanding of Web and App based applications and interfaces.
Should have good understanding of Client/ Server Architecture and of API Integration Methodologies.
Good Understanding of system integration and data layers.
Understanding of application backend Oracle, Mongo, PostgreSQL (Any)
Understanding of Java, PHP, SQL/ PLSQL would be an added advantage.
High level of proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
