Job Description	Candidate should have Bachelors/ Masters degree in Human Resources or related field with Proven working experience in Human Resources or Office Administration. Must be proficient in MS Office with excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills. Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.) Knowledge of labour laws and disciplinary procedures People-oriented and results-driven Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude Strong ethics and reliability The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
