Job Description

Education & Experience-

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
3+ Years Experience in HR Functions (Steel Industry Preferred)

Job Responsibility-

Hiring of employees on roll and outsource as per approved organization structure and manpower planning.
Maintaining and adhering all statutory compliances related to factory.
To maintain harmonious industrial relations in factory.
Organizing employee engagement, welfare & development programs.
Salary & Wage Administration of Associate Employees.
Organizing and conducting training programs as per calendar and schedule.
Preparing the purchase requisitions for all HR & Admin related requirements.
Time Office Management.

Managing all administrative services and support related to employees and factory.
Working within the company`s GRC (Governance, Risk Management and Compliance)
Working within the company`s policies and procedures.
Optimum Resource Utilizations.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards the interested parties at all times.
Maintaining management systems as per ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949, and Environment and Safety standards 45001:2018 &14001:2015.
All other functions related to HR & Administration.
