  Qtech Software Private Limited is looking for Software Testing Engineer



Job Description

Candidate must be experienced in user requirement analysis, documenting test plans, execution of test cases. Developed and prepared test plans, test cases for both positive and negative scenarios and mapped the same to requirements. Performed API Level testing for web services. Good understanding of testing methodologies, SDLC and STLC.

Should have good knowledge about Agile/ Scrum methodology.
Good oral and written communication skills with logical thinking.
Worked closely with the PM to develop QA estimates.
Should have knowledge of bug tracking system/bug life-cycle management tools (JIRA) a plus.
Generated Weekly Status Reports on the progress of testing and provided to QA Lead during Sprints
Conducted back-end testing for data verification and data validation using SQL
Hands on experience in Automation testing using selenium (Not mandatory)

Work Experience: 2 to 6 Years
Notice period - Immediate to 30 Days
Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai

Job Responsibility-

Strategizing and Designing test plans for new feature implementations
Perform Functional testing, regression testing, and compatibility testing on Mobile based apps and website.
Understand product requirements/ specification and develop testing scenarios that will cover all functional and non-functional requirements.

Prepare, execute, and maintain test-cases.
Report bug and improvements encountered and take ownership to drive them to closure.
Provide feedback on usability and serviceability of new features in development.
Perform API testing for third party integrations.
Perform User Acceptance Testing.
