Job Description

Candidate must be BSc (Computer Science/ Physics/ Chemistry/ Maths) 2023 Passouts with 0 to 2 years of experience in supporting applications on cloud platforms as well as on-premises. Should have good verbal and written communication skills. Prior production support experience is desirable.

Should have a flair for customer service.
Web based tools handling skills.
Follow-up with customer and internal escalation teams to ensure resolution of issue.
Having good content writing skills esp technical writing.
Exposure to tools required for technical documentation.
Good communication skills with good attitude.

Understand the customer pulse over phone. Courteous and polite communication.
Should be able to engage the customer in a conversation and get the desired information required for troubleshooting of issues.
Should have working knowledge of Windows OS and Linux.
Should have working knowledge of Databases like MySQL or Oracle etc.
Should have good analytical and trouble shooting Skills.
