  Choksey Chemicals Private Limited is looking for HR & Admin Executive



Job Description

Candidate should have Any Bachelors Degree, MBA- HR preferred as added advantage
Must have 2 -5 years of experience as an HR
Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
Excellent record-keeping skills.
Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

HR Generalist Activities
Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
Manage the organizations employee database and prepare reports.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Induction, Training arrangement for new Recruits
Leave Management, Exit Formalities.
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
