Job Description	Looking for a candidate who is into purely IT Recruitment searching for candidates from various portals like Naukri, Hirect, Job Hai, Apna Hire, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. Analyze budgets as per the market, find relevant talent, screen & schedule interviews, negotiate salary and close the lead. Preparing Job Description. Work Experience: 3-5 Years Ability to work as part of a team, good multi-tasking abilities, Flexibility and willingness to lean at all time. Should have basic computer knowledge in word, excel . Good knowledge and experience in employment law and employee tax knowledge. Sound knowledge of HR policies and practices, various SOPs and implementation. Responsible for developing HR policies per government requirements and working with the regional office for implementation. Undertake periodic staff welfare activities such as get-togethers, picnics, etc., and ensure coordination of all related activities. Documentation & Payroll: Handle Employee documentation, background check and payroll effectively. Handling administrative work as well. Conducting monthly Staff meetings.
