Job Description	Candidate He must have worked for at least 1 to 2 years in a direct managerial assignment with a minimum team size of 20 persons. an experience of leading teams and showing results. Should be able to work in a cross functioning environment. Should have good user knowledge in MS Office applications. Proficiency in English o Basic computer knowledge required Proficiency in English (Both Written and Verbal) Human Resources Administrative Assistant Job Duties: Provides job candidates by screening, interviewing, and testing applicants; notifying existing staff of internal opportunities; maintaining personnel records;. Responsible for the Administration and Human Resource management and if needed recruitment of fresh human resource as per the needs of the company and shall be single point contact of the company regarding all issues relating to HR management including leave, salary, discipline etc in his operational area.
