  Ornet Technologies Private Limited is looking for Software Testing Engineer



Job Description

Candidate should have a Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field with 1+ years of experience in software testing. Experience in automated & manual testing using tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, or TestComplete. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.

Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
Ability to write SQL queries to validate test data
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Fresh grads are also welcomed

Roles and Responsibilities-

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and translate them into test cases
Develop and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure software quality
Identify, report and track software defects and work with developers to resolve them
Perform regression testing to ensure changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.

Participate in the development and improvement of test processes and procedures
Work closely with developers, product managers and business analysts to ensure software meets user needs and requirements Conduct root cause analysis of defects and work with development teams to prevent future occurrences
Continuously improve testing strategies and approaches.
